Transforming wetlands in Temuco, Chile
Project Overview
In Temuco, Chile, Rosehill TPV® has helped transform a former wetland into a vibrant community playground, part of a wider initiative to create a colourful, engaging, and safe public space for local residents.
The redevelopment introduced a pump track, recreational areas, and landscaped features, all designed to preserve the natural flow of rainwater. By directing water toward lower-lying zones, the park minimises flood risk while remaining resilient and sustainable.
With 21 colours and exceptional UV stability, Rosehill TPV® brings creative designs to life and withstands Chile’s unpredictable climate. Its excellent drainage properties reduce puddling, while its cushioned surface helps protect against common playtime injuries.
