Expanded Playground at Nhulunbuy Aquatic Centre, Northern Territory
With thanks to NT Sports & Playground Surfacing
Nhulunbuy Aquatic Centre in the Northern Territory is a large site with a 50 m outdoor swimming pool, a toddler pool, parkland and a recently upgraded play area, making it a favourite spot for residents and families.
In a recent project, the existing equipment was replaced and the playground was expanded to twice its original size. The team from NT Sports & Playground Surfacing created a design inspired by the Australian Aboriginal flag, with a Rosehill TPV® softfall surface as a key feature of the upgrade.
